Feel understood. Gain perspective. Move forward.

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, mood concerns, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in helping men navigate challenges that can make asking for support difficult.

Therapy should be supportive, practical, and collaborative.

Starting therapy can feel difficult, especially when you've been managing things on your own. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental place to feel heard, gain perspective, and make meaningful changes.

We’ll work together to better understand the patterns that may be holding you back, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Mood & Emotional Health

Support for depression, anxiety, mood concerns, stress, and the challenges that accompany major life changes.

Relationships

Understanding relationship patterns, improving communication, and building stronger, more satisfying connections.

Men’s Issues

A thoughtful space for men working through relationships, work, identity, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions.

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

About Andrew

I’m Andrew Wall, MA, LCPC, a Chicago therapist who has been practicing since 2008. I work with adults facing emotional, relational, and life challenges.

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in helping you understand yourself while developing practical ways to move forward. My training includes cognitive behavioral, existential, relational, attachment-based, mindfulness-based, and strength-based approaches.

Although I have a particular interest in men's issues, I work with both men and women and welcome adults who are looking for a supportive place to work through whatever has brought them to therapy.
